01 General Terms and Conditions

By using the ek33e platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ek33e and the user.

ek33e is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, users are legally bound to comply with all provisions of these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using the ek33e platform immediately. These terms have been prepared in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

02 Account Registration and Management

2.3 Account Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out under their registered account. Allowing any third party to use or transferring the account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

03 Age Restrictions

The minimum age required to use the ek33e platform is 21 years. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register or play on this platform.

ek33e takes a firm stance against underage gambling. If any discrepancy is found during age verification, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Three mobile financial services are currently available for depositing funds on the ek33e platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• The correct amount and transaction reference must be provided at the time of deposit.
• Payment must be made from a mobile number registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any such deposits will be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• ek33e reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

4.3 Transaction Limits

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ek33e offers new users a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the eligible first deposit must be completed and the specified terms and conditions must be met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposited funds.

If an attempt is made to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and all winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer details.
• A bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in termination of all those accounts.
• ek33e reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

• Attempting to complete wagering through prohibited games or betting patterns will result in the bonus being voided.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the ek33e platform are conducted in accordance with applicable rules. Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness and fair play.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets are accepted before the event starts or, for live betting, within the designated time limit.

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned under applicable rules, the original bet amount is generally refunded.
• ek33e reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Any attempt to bet through match manipulation or any other dishonest means will result in immediate account termination.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or transaction is interrupted due to server disconnection, internet connectivity issues, or any other technical reason, ek33e reserves the right to resolve the situation based on its stored logs.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek33e platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or incorrect personal information.
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or encryption.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Conducting money laundering or any unlawful financial activities.
• Defrauding other users or attempting to access their accounts.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or flaw in the platform's systems.

11 Account Closure and Termination

ek33e reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Suspicious or unethical financial transactions.
• Being underage.
• Court or authority orders.
• Long-term inactive account.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

ek33e reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, efforts will be made to notify users as early as possible.
